About the print

Description

Aerial view of the famous Keukenhof Gardens, often called the "Garden of Europe," which is open for only eight weeks each year to showcase millions of tulips in bloom. The peak blooming season is mid-April to early May.

Though tulips are now synonymous with the Netherlands, they originally came from the Ottoman Empire (modern-day Turkey) and were brought to the country in the 16th century.

The colorful stripes in tulip fields are not just for beauty; they are arranged methodically for efficient harvesting and breeding.

Tulips come in nearly every color, including rare varieties like black (deep purple) and bi-colored flowers with striking patterns.
